What Youll Be Doing: Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries efficiently and professionally. Managing customer interactions through Zendesk & Outlook. Troubleshooting issues and delivering effective solutions with keen attention to detail. Working both independently and as part of a team. Supporting the sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. What Were Looking For: Previous customer service experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM and inventory management systems Zendesk & Linnworks preferred. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT skills. A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
