The Job
The purpose of the role is to complete end point assessments for the Business Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeship standards.
* Visit employer sites/venues to meet with apprentices
* Complete end point assessment activities
* Form and record judgements of apprentice competency against assessment criteria
* Record and submit concise reports detailing assessment decisions and feedback
* Participate in standardisation activities to ensure a consistent approach
* Carry out sampling and observation activities
* Take part in remote training, standardisation and web conferencing sessions
* Visit head office to undertake induction training and participate in review meetings
* Maintain communication and build relationships with Manager and colleagues
* Comply with company policies and procedures
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a business administration or customer service role
* Experience working in a telephone-based office environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong IT skills – competent in MS Office and video conferencing software
* GCSE Level 2 qualification in Maths and English
* Willing to travel nationwide as required
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Willing to undertake training and complete study towards L3 Assessor qualification
