Japanese Letting agency in London is seeking for an Client account clerk who is experienced in proprty agency, or relevant industries.
Main Duties
* Posting of rental income on a daily basis
* Sales Ledger invoice posting
* Registration/ amendment of clients (Tenants/ Landlords/ Suppliers)
* Processing fees, invoices, payments
* Processing tenancy deposits
* Producing statements for clients (Tenants/ Landlords)
* Use our internal system
* Respond to internal and external enquiries
* Other duties as assigned
Contract
Permanent (Hybrid working 2,3 days is allowed after probation period)
Monday - Friday
9am- 5pm
Salary
25K - / annual
Salary will be reviewed based on property industries experience.
Requirement
* Fluent English (C1 or above)
* Have experienced in property service industries.
* Have knowledge of accounting software systems such as Sage, Xero, Iris etc.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office(Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Good numeracy skills
* Quick learner
* Organised and strong telephone manner Good time management
* The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Preference
* Business-level Japanese (Desirable)
* Client Accounting experience
* Knowledge of Veco system
