Creative Director - Job Description Package is around £70,000 to £80,000 Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Mobile phone and laptop supplied Responsible to the Chairman/Owner 33 days holiday per annum, including Bank holidays and Christmas Company pension scheme after the initial 3 months (company contributions TBC) Based in Dudley, working in London/Manchester approximately one day a week – open to discussion Duties Responsible for the marketing of the Group Creating brand awareness Undertaking market analysis Managing the Marketing budgets for the Group To achieve frequent and positive media coverage Managing ’ advertising allocation Market research projects Manage all aspects of print production Catalogue / pricelist formulation for 2 Brands Photography – art direction Writing press releases Organising / promoting showroom launches and events Organising / promoting exhibitions Preparing sales presentations Preparation of Ergonomic and CSR presentations Preparation of Sustainability presentations & literature Website design and product management Developing marketing plans Presenting to Corporate end users and customers Personal Attributes Strong leadership skills Extensive marketing experience Professional marketing qualification Campaign management experience Strong communication skills Budget management skills Strong presentation skills Willingness to travel Experience in manufacturing would be an advantage, but not a necessity.
