About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with primary school teachers to support children in their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include working with small groups, supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEND), and assisting in classroom management. The role requires a proactive and compassionate approach to working with children of all abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the teacher in delivering lessons and activities
Work with small groups or individual pupils, especially those with SEND
Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Help with the preparation of learning resources
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all studentsWhat We Are Looking For:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in Primary schools
Experience in supporting children with SEND is essential
A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
