Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our St Helens North 0-19 team as a Public Health Nurse, supporting the delivery of a public health offer to children and young people and delivering the Healthy Child Programme core offer. The role gives a great insight to our service and has supported employees to develop into other roles associated with public health and 0-19 services. We have great feedback from students and staff who enjoy working within a friendly and supportive team. Main duties of the job Supporting the 0-19 service to deliver the public health offer in St Helens. Managing a safeguarding caseload, including completing health assessments, contributing to multiagency meetings and completing reports.
