This well-renowned company, trading for over 30 years, is currently on the hunt for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as an escalation point on tickets and issues to the 1st line support desk.
2. Assist with technical solution design.
3. Plan and implement customer projects.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
5. Maintain documentation via the ticketing system and share knowledge with colleagues.
Experience Required:
1. Networking Experience - Routing/Switching/Firewalls.
2. Windows Server Experience.
3. IT Support Experience.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Based on Experience
This role is based 5 days a week on-site in Wimborne.
