What you will do as a Groups & Events Sales Manager:
* Perform daily sales activities including face-to-face meetings, new business prospecting, contracting & rate negotiations, attendance at trade shows & roadshows both domestically and internationally, participate in FAM trips and conduct regular site inspections to drive MICE & Group sales leads
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business
* Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
* Achieve the monthly and annual personal target contributing to the Sales revenue
* Work closely with the Event Planning team to ensure continuity of client experience and maximize upselling
Qualifications:
* You are pro-active, confident & customer-focused with a “Hunter” mentality
* You excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams
* You have great language and written skills in English
* You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom
* You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel

* Experience in a similar role is essential
