Job summary We are looking to recruit a caring and motivated Practice Nurse who is committed to patient care and willing to further develop our dedicated nursing team. We are ideally looking for a Nurse with a very strong background in Diabetes care and General Practice Nursing. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our other Practice Nurses and HCA to treat our patients, maintain systems including infection control to meet CQC requirements and influence and implement policy and change in the Practice. This is a part-time position, ideally for 3 days per week. Salary is competitive, depending on experience, with access to NHS pension scheme. Practice Nurse duties: Provide nursing advice and be a resource of best practice for the team.
