To maintain an accurate record of all transactions within the goods inwards area, whilst operating within a cross functional team. Your day-to-day role will see you interacting with all levels of the business. Key Responsibilities: To confirm and book in all the stock items that are received at goods inwards To keep accurate records and investigate any discrepancies Maintenance of KANBAN cards and triggers Ensuring inter-warehouse transfers are maintained and accurate Resolving queries with the help of the Purchasing and Inventory Teams To help, when required, with the physical aspects of receiving goods To be part of the warehouse team Participating in cycle counts as and when required Who you are: An awareness of Health and Safety law and best practices Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel Must exhibit good interpersonal skills Must be able to prepare, plan and execute on your own initiative Keen attention to details Work as part of a cross functional team as well as on your own initiative Must have a hands on approach and a can-do attitude Punctual, methodical & reliable Provide a wide range of solutions Working experience within an ERP environment Fluent in both written and spoken English Good communication skills in a cross functional environment Having worked in a Warehouse environment for more than 2 years You might not tick all the boxes, and thats okay, we still encourage you to apply.
