Legal Secretary / Assistant
Our client, a well-established commercial law firm in the heart of the city, requires a legal secretary / assistant to provide an all-round support role for the firm.
Responsibilities:
* Diary management.
* Typing correspondence and document production.
* Setting up and updating records and files.
* Assisting the practice manager with ad hoc tasks/projects.
* Liaising with clients and greeting them on arrival of appointments.
The work is litigation, but they are not concerned about what type of legal experience you have as long as you have good IT and secretarial skills and possess a positive attitude to learning something new and are at ease dealing with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has accumulated a couple of years’ experience in a law firm and is looking to take on more responsibility including looking after a couple of junior assistants in the team.
