Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and confident individual to join the team in a multifaceted role. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, have a knack for customer service, and possess excellent organisational skills. This position will require a proactive approach, as you will be involved in all aspects of the business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
* Regularly update and maintain the company website.
* Ensure the website is user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest competition details and results.
Customer Interaction:
* Communicate with competition winners and arrange for the delivery of their prizes.
* Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Live Draws:
* Confidently present live competition results on social media platforms.
* Help set up and manage the technical aspects of live streams.
Procurement Assistance:
* Assist in sourcing and procuring prizes for competitions.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of prizes.
General Office Duties:
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
* Maintain organised records and manage office supplies.
Flexible Working:
* Possibility of flexible working hours and some home-based work.
Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in website management, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
* Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and keep detailed records.
* Adaptability: Willingness to take on various tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
* Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
* Working Hours: Standard hours: 9 AM to 5 PM & 11 AM to 7 PM 2 days per week. Flex hours considered.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience.
