Role: Application Support Analyst
Salary: £30-40k
Location: Warwickshire / Hybrid (3 days remote)

Our market leading client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support with technical issues as part of a major transformation journey. In this role, you'll tackle technical challenges while working closely with the software development team. This collaborative environment offers exposure to diverse areas, including development, testing, and product management, providing a well-rounded and dynamic experience.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd Line application support to a large user base
* Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
* Take ownership of technical administration, including user management and access control on the platform
* Develop in-depth knowledge of the supported application and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team
* Work closely with the Software Development team to ensure the successful implementation of new features and update
Key Skills
* 3+ years experience within an Application Support role
* Supporting web based and database technologies
* Experience in monitoring and maintaining system performance and availability
* Basic understanding of networking protocols, such as TCP/IP
* Microsoft SQL (nice to have)
* Power BI (nice to have)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
* Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
