German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Watford
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
Hybrid working available

Main Duties:
1. To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
2. To manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery
3. To support the technical team with opening and updating tickets for technical enquiries
4. To manage existing accounts and client contract information
5. To manage credit or debit notes and follow customer deduction management process
6. To coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly
7. To liaise with sales team regarding customer enquiries and changes to customer orders
8. To understand and communicate specific client requirements with relevant colleagues
9. To maintain accurate client details in the system and update as required
Candidate's Profile:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential
* Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
