We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and proactive Associate Business Parter to support the operational needs of our diverse workforce. This role is crucial in providing advice and support on a range of matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice, and enhancing employee relations. Day-to-day of the role: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees, fostering a positive workforce culture. Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation in all HR practices. Manage employee relation cases effectively, using a proactive and solution-focused approach. Work closely with various teams to support and implement HR initiatives that align with organisational goals. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 5 or above). Proven experience in an HR advisory role or similar. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation. Demonstrable experience in managing employee relation cases. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting and credible relationships across the organisation.
