* Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
* Location: Overton School, Ludlow, Shropshire
* Salary: £22,300.00 per annum (not pro rata)
* Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only
As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join our close-knit team at Overton School, part of Options Autism.
Welcome Bonus: £1,000 after probation, and a further £1,000 after one year with the school.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome candidates with GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Math. If you come from hospitality, the army, outdoor activity centres, or an office-based job but are eager to help vulnerable pupils and young people, this is the role for you. Full training and development will be provided.
You should be adaptable, ready to work indoors and outdoors, and take a responsive, caring approach—whether running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences, or supervising pupils outside.
