The ROLE As Area Sales Manager for Bristol and the South West, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our clients presence in the region. Your responsibilities will include: Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the Bristol and South West region, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction. New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events. Client Visits: Conduct site visits and product presentations to contractors, developers, and specifiers, showcasing the benefits of UKS Groups underfloor heating solutions. Regional Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow revenue within the South West region. Pipeline Management: Actively manage and report on your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Market Insights: Monitor local industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to adapt sales strategies effectively. The CANDIDATE We are looking for a motivated and experienced area sales manager with the following qualifications and attributes: Experience: Proven track record in business-to-business field sales, ideally within the underfloor heating, plumbing, or construction products sectors. Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with underfloor heating systems or similar technical products is advantageous. Self-Motivation: A driven, determined individual with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. IT Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools. Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the South West region.
