Abingdon and Witney College are looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer seeking a new opportunity at a brilliant and “GOOD” OFSTED rated college with state-of-the-art facilities and small class sizes.
We want to hear from you!
We are looking for someone who can support a growing team and students at our Witney campus.
Our philosophy is Be You, Be Extraordinary. We believe in enabling our students to be themselves and to be extraordinary, whatever that means for them. We are confident that we do the same for our staff too. If you want to join a college that is wholeheartedly committed to staff and student well-being, where the culture genuinely revolves around putting students first and helping them to achieve extraordinary things, then look no further!
If you are an experienced electrician/electrical installer looking to transition into teaching, this post could be perfect for you! You don't need to be a qualified teacher; we will support you in achieving all the necessary qualifications. We ask that you are motivated by helping others to learn and ready to make a difference in people's lives.
Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College, and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET) within your first year of joining the college.
In return, Abingdon & Witney College offers excellent benefits to our employees, including generous pension and holiday schemes (with potential Christmas closure days), continued professional development, flexible working options, corporate gym membership, cycle/tech scheme, and much more.
