Financial Planning Administrator Location: Lytham Salary: £23,500 - £27,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Lytham. Key Responsibilities: Processing new business applications efficiently and accurately Preparing client valuations and illustrations Liaising with product providers and third parties to ensure seamless administration Compiling pre-meeting documentation for financial advisers Assisting the paraplanning team with administrative tasks Providing comprehensive administrative support across the business Acting as a key point of contact for paraplanners, addressing technical administrative queries Managing general administrative duties and maintaining client communication Candidate Requirements: A minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role within an IFA environment Strong knowledge of financial products and administrative processes Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines effectively Strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations of both colleagues and clients Proficiency in using online provider platforms Ideally, some progress towards Financial Planning Certificate/RO examinations (desirable but not essential) On offer: Basic salary of up to £27,000 Excellent working environment Career development opportunities & study support Hybrid flexible working Auto Enrolment Pension Death in Service This role presents an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to contribute to a well-respected firm while advancing their career in financial services administration.
