Care Outlook is an expanding leading care provider in London and South East of England since 2005. We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support lead our extra care team in Eastergate, West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our residents. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Deputy Manager: Being a positive voice for the service by communicating with service users and their families in a dignified and person-cantered way Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff Must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with dignified personal care and domestic tasks. Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders regarding the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc. Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities and that all groups of staff within the team have access to appropriate training and learning opportunities.
