Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client, a leading organisation in the industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our client's valued customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
2. Managing customer communication through various channels, including emails and eBay messages, using a platform called e-desk.
3. Handling approximately 60 messages per day, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
4. Responding to offers and managing returns, including accepting or declining offers.
5. Handling heavy boxes as part of the customer service process.
Requirements:
6. Strong English literacy skills are essential for effective communication with customers.
7. The position starts on 7th October (Monday) and is expected to continue for an initial duration of 2 months, with the potential for extension.
- Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm (full office based)
