Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Support Coordinator! If you're an exceptional problem-solver with excellent communication skills, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the busy facilities team in handling a wide range of issues, including broken lifts and other maintenance challenges.
2. Escalate issues within the buildings to ensure a prompt resolution.
3. Assist in quoting building work and maintaining accurate records.
4. Arrange Contractors and coordinate jobs.
Work Schedule and Location:
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in facilities administration or a similar role.
2. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
5. Proficiency in quoting building work and escalation management.
