Sanctuary Personnel is looking for a competent administrator to join our team in West Sussex.
As an administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office operations while working closely with other team members.
The rate of pay for this role is £12+ P/H.
Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently manage office operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and filing systems.
2. Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
3. Keep track of office supply inventory and purchase necessary items.
4. Assist with organizing team meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
5. Ensure the office is always presentable and clean for staff and visitors.
6. Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Proven administrative experience.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. High level of attention to detail.
7. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is an advantage.
