Job summary We are delighted to be offering the opportunity for two exceptional leaders to join our senior operations team as Group Directors of Operations for our Women's and Childrens Group and within our Trauma and Neurosciences Group. Both require highly competent and motivated health service leaders to drive performance, strategic development, and innovation across the groups. As Group Director of Operations, you will collaborate with the Clinical Director to lead and develop our specialty groups. Your focus will be on performance management, service redesign, and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with both local and national priorities.
