We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Customer Account Executive (CAE) to support the accelerat ion of Unilever's Ice Cream NOW business. The CAE will be responsible for owning the relationship with our key food aggregator partners and leading our aggregator field team. This is a remote, national field base role. JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Customer Account Executive (CAE) to support the accelerat ion of Unilever's Ice Cream NOW business. The CAE will be responsible for owning the relationship with our key food aggregator partners and leading our aggregator field team. This is a remote, national field base role. RESPONSIBILITIES Build, implements and execute a commercial Food Aggregator strategy focussing on driving distribution, volume and share growth. Own and manage the relationship with our key food aggregator partners (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) and key national customers to build best in class customer partnerships. Lead, coach, support and develop your team of regional field sales representatives alongside supporting external partners with budget and administrative responsibilities. An effective national field sales strategy to ensure delivery of key commercial KPIs, underpinned by balanced volume and distribution growth across key aggregators. Identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities to improve perfect store online KPIs and maximise brand mental and physical availability. Accurate and timely reporting to the wider business on all areas of your commercial operation. Be seen as an indispensable partner to our customers through the management of key customers and aggregator partners. Provide clear, timely, and actionable business inputs to relevant functions to ensure we achieve our 'right first time' approach at customer partnership. ALL ABOUT YOU SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Management - ideally from a previous commercial role. Commercial acumen and an ability to demonstrate commercial creativity. Strong operational standards and a 'right first time' mindset, ideally with previous E2E operational and field experience. Ability to lead a remote sales team. Ideally with clear experience from a field lead role Demonstrated evidence of working in agile, faced-pace team environments with competing priorities. A full UK driving license and ability to travel nationally, as required.
