What skills and experience we're looking for
Willoughby Academy is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate should have previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs.
This vacancy would suit individuals who are passionate about working with children, supporting them to develop from both an academic and social perspective. The successful candidates should have previous experience in supporting children with additional educational needs English and Maths GCSE grade A-C is essential for this position.
Willoughby Academy is an all needs, through Academy (2 – 19) for students with moderate, severe, profound and complex needs. We offer a supportive learning environment with excellent facilities. Enthusiasm combined with energy and perseverance are a prerequisite; as is the desire to be involved in all aspects of the development of an outstanding Special Academy.
