Job Type: Part-Time Permanent
Hours: 22.5 per week (3 days)
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum (pro-rata)

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Social Care Tutor Assessor to join our team in Bangor.
As a Health & Social Care Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass inspiring and mentoring students in the fundamental principles and practices of health and social care. From developing comprehensive lesson plans covering crucial areas such as professional development, championing diversity and equality, and risk assessment; to facilitating hands-on learning experiences that prepare students for the challenges of the healthcare field, you will contribute to the holistic development of individuals entering this vital profession.
Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your role extends beyond imparting knowledge, encouraging critical thinking and empathy essential for delivering compassionate healthcare.
The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Qualifications / Experience:
* Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
* Minimum Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care discipline
* 3+ years' experience working in the Health & Social Care Industry; with minimum 1 year in a management position
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full clean driving licence and access to transport
* Achievement of A1 Assessors Award (Desirable)
* Teaching Qualification - Minimum Level 4 Certificate in Teaching (Desirable)
