An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our administration team at Goodwin Academy. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support at the main reception, assisting with various clerical tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the academy's operations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Being the first point of contact for parents and visitors
2. Performing general office duties
3. Assisting with the administration of pupil admissions
4. Maintaining information systems, databases, and records
5. Managing complaints and concerns from parents
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in a school environment is preferred
* Ability to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines
* Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the school
