A Typical Day in the Job: Provide 1 st line support via an IT Helpdesk Responding to tickets and escalating where needed Supporting on Hardware & Software Remote support for clients Take calls from staff providing a friendly and professional service over the phone and Email, ensuring you follow pre-established rules when prioritising and categorising requests/issues Working with the team to ensure all tickets are handled in a timely manor Monitor and action alerts on a large server infrastructure Monitor and action alerts on internet lines across the entire SLM infrastructure Manage Active Directory and Office 365 hybrid environment including creation of new users, managing permissions and passwords Work individually and part of a team to diagnose and resolve incidents and action requests logged through the ticketing system Managing your own workload and time Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
