Job summary Working in a busy Hospital environment conducting repairs as dictated by the end user through our CAFM system. This may involve tracing pipework, isolation valves, supply origins on water systems. AHU repairs, removal and replacement of motors/fans. Planned maintenance to a statutory compliance level on AHUs, mechanical plant and equipment. Main duties of the job Repairing mechanical equipment and planned maintenance duties as required by the trust to include but not limited to AHUs, Calorifiers, Water systems, drainage systems. Working in plant rooms and boiler rooms to conduct repairs and perform maintenance activities. Ensuring a tidy work area at all times, during and after any activity and ensuring all further work requests are escalated appropriately. Participate in the mechanical call out rota with flexibility to cover.
