Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bury for a Team Administrator. The Team Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks, including setting up new case files, handling incoming calls, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting the LPA receivership team. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, working with our accounts team, and providing comprehensive support to team members to ensure smooth operations.
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum
Qualifications
* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence management
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
* Relevant property and/or legal experience is a plus
