The Role:
* As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team
* Ensure the Team Members are prepared and informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out.
* Responsible for managing and creating exceptional and memorable first impressions for all hotel users
* Assist the Front Office Manager in evaluating levels of exceptional customer service
* Organized and structured, able to delegate while addressing all business needs
* Operate with a sales mindset and promote the hotel brand's loyalty scheme
* Maximize room occupancy at the best rates
* Able to implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
* Assist with all departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
* Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
* Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and development
* Product savvy and knowledgeable in expected services and pricing
