We are seeking a Trainer /Teacher to join our team Impact Academies and deliver high-quality training sessions to our kids. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and developing our staff to enhance their skills and performance.
The impact teacher has the following main functions:
1. ensuring the complete fulfillment of the approved educational programs with the aim of the acquisition by the impact students of the training programs at the level of the accepted requirements;
2. improving personal professional and methodological level by learning from more experienced teachers, active exchange of experience with colleagues, participation in methodological activity and self-training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. to report to work at least 10 minutes before the start of the training class;
- in case of violation within 10-15 minutes, the fine is 50% of the fee for 1 lesson (1 hour);
- in case of violation in the range that exceeds 15 minutes, the penalty is 100% of the fee for 1 lesson (1 hour);
2. to participate in all pedagogical and general meetings;
3. to personally and in advance warn the Education Manager or Managing Director of the impact regarding the impossibility to come to work and delay due to force majeure;
4. to personally find a substitute among the teaching staff of the academy, in case of impossibility to show up for work;
5. in case of postponement of 3 lessons due to the fault of the teacher, the fine is 100 RON;
6. to note, in the first 15 minutes of each double lesson, the students present in AlfaCrm, in case of violation, the fine is 20% of the fee for 1 lesson (2 hours);
7. tidy up the classroom after classes: erase the notes on the blackboard, make sure the computers are disconnected, arrange the chairs, check if there are any flash drives left by the students. All things forgotten by students in the study room, must be sent to the reception;
8. to warn, 3 weeks before, the employer about the termination of employment relations.
The impact teacher is recommended to:
1. in case of force majeure (illness of another teacher), if possible, to report to work to replace him.
The impact teacher is prohibited from:
1. to release the students from the lesson before the set time;
2. arbitrarily modify the course program without prior approval from the Education Manager;
3. to change study rooms arbitrarily without prior coordination with the Education Manager;
4. to show up at work in a state of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication;
5. to consume food or drinks/alcohol during class hours;
6. to use licentious language within the premises of the educational institution;
7. to attend the courses of other teachers without the consent of the Education Manager;
8. to play computer games during double time, to use the phone (except for situations related to writing games, applications, testing them or demonstrating the functionality provided by the training program);
9. to teach classes by reading the materials from his own outline or textbook; it is allowed to use the lesson outline and other own notes only as a source of reference information;
10. to deal in lessons with things inappropriate to the training process;
11. propose to students to study (repeat) the material independently instead of giving a lecture or a practical session;
12. to leave the students alone in the study room during class.
WORKING WITH APPROVED LEARNING PLANS
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. to receive new educational materials from the Education Manager in good time;
2. to get acquainted with all educational materials in a timely manner: educational programs, method packages located on Google Drive;
3. to fulfill all the requirements and recommendations formulated in the educational programs and plans.
The impact teacher has the right:
1. to discuss with colleagues the advantages and disadvantages of educational plans and programs;
2. to submit to the administration well-motivated proposals for changing and completing educational plans and programs.
FULFILLMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PLANS
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. not to modify the approved educational plans without the consent of the Education Manager;
2. to teach the homework in a strictly defined sequence, approved by the curriculum;
3. to strictly respect the number of hours allocated to the teaching of each subject in the corresponding course program;
4. to strictly follow the sequence of topics provided in the program for each course (changes are possible after coordination with the Education Manager);
5. to strictly respect the number of hours allocated to each topic in the corresponding course program;
6. to reveal the material of each course in the order indicated in the calendar plan;
7. to complete all the practical exercises approved by the curriculum for each course;
8. to carry out tests, projects within the terms specified in the educational plan;
9. to prepare the final projects for each module.
The impact teacher is prohibited from:
1. to transmit the approved educational plans, final projects, other methodological materials to persons who are not students or employees at impact.
THE METHODICAL WORK
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. to continuously improve their skills and professional qualification;
2. to participate in training sessions, seminars held by the administration of the branch and/or the Academy in order to improve the personal methodological level.
The impact teacher is recommended to:
1. to actively participate in the creation of methodological material;
2. to provide methodological assistance and other advice to less experienced teachers.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE EDUCATION MANAGER
The impact teacher is obliged to:
To ensure the following aspects of the training process:
1. open AlfaCrm through a browser and activate alerts;
2. to note the students' attendance and performance in AlfaCrm: in the first 15 minutes of each double lesson, the teacher must note the students present at the lesson;
3. systematically check the homework;
4. to monitor the use of the AlfaCrm system by students of the groups and parents;
5. if the student does not have access to AlfaCrm, you must contact the Communication&Sales Manager and the Support Manager by email;
6. if the student has the status NOT PAID in AlfaCrm, inform the student personally during the break (not in front of the whole class) that his parents should pay the fee;
7. to enter in AlfaCrm, once a week, immediately after the lesson (MAXIMUM 24 hours): the lesson plan, what they learned, what resources and references are needed to work at home, the homework and the lesson material.
* In case of delay more than 24 hours after the lesson, the fine is 100% of the fee for a lesson (1 hour);
8. to connect, at the first lesson, all the children to the chat (from AlfaCrm's personal account). Ensure that every student has successfully logged in;
9. Communication outside the lesson: in chat (AlfaCrm) at least once a week to write to students, ask them how things are going/give help with homework, answer questions, remind them that all materials, handouts, homework are displayed in AlfaCrm after the lesson. In general, to find out how independent learning works, etc.
10. to write, after the completion of the module/block/semester (3-5 months), a comprehensive review for each child about academic performance, motivation and everything else he considers necessary (according to the template and structure established by the department of studies);

WORKING WITH STUDENTS IMPACT
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. at the first lesson to familiarize the impact students with safety rules when working on a personal computer;
2. to systematically inform students about the negative consequences of unexcused absences and delays and to monitor students' compliance with discipline in the classroom;
3. to ensure that each student connects to a personal AlfaCrm account;
4. verify that each student creates a folder on their personal Google Drive where they will save the projects of each lesson and give the teacher access to this folder.
The impact teacher is prohibited from:
1. speak negatively about other courses taught at impact;
2. to discuss with the students the negative aspects of the work of other teachers;
3. to discuss with the students their own vision on the strengths and weaknesses of the approved educational plans;
4. to criticize the administration and other teachers in the presence of students;
5. to insult and humiliate students;
6. to treat students in a familiar way and allow students a familiar attitude towards their own person.
DOUBLE HOURS RULES
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. before starting the teaching of the academic subject in the group, familiarize himself with the methodological package for the specified subject;
2. to distribute and check students' homework;
3. before explaining the new material, to update the students' basic knowledge;
4. before teaching a new topic, demonstrate its connection with previously studied topics and emphasize the importance of this topic for continuing to study the discipline;
5. to present the study material logically and consistently, in an engaging manner and accessible language;
6. to demonstrate practical applications of the considered technologies, not limited to the theoretical study of the material;
7. during the double hour to pay attention to each student;
8. to show an individual approach in the interaction with each student;
9. to direct their efforts towards the development of students' practical skills;
10. to ensure, before the end of the lesson, that each student has saved his lesson project on Google Drive;
11. at the end of the double lesson, make the totals, briefly familiarize the students with the topic of the next lesson, announce the homework and give the necessary explanations for its fulfillment.
HOW TO USE THE COMPUTER
The impact teacher is obliged to:
1. to have a caring attitude towards goods and impact equipment;
2. in case of force majeure, to install the necessary activity programs at the lesson;
3. to comply with the rules for the use of personal computers and other equipment.
The impact teacher is prohibited from:
1. to disassemble computers and gadgets without special approval from the administration;
2. to install games and other programs not related to the educational process;
3. to move the equipment without the consent of the administration;
4. to remove the equipment from the educational institution.
ACTIVITY RESTRICTIONS
The impact teacher is prohibited from:
1. to use the methodological materials available during the impact work period, for other purposes;
2. to transmit program and methodological materials, lessons, assignments, tests, didactic materials, etc. to third parties;
3. to use the didactic and methodological material belonging to impact after his dismissal, both as a private person and as an employee of another organization;
4. disseminate false, inaccurate or incomplete information related to impact activities;
5. to use personal information in social networks in the form of texts, videos/photos with obscene content, which discredit the impact teacher and damage the impact image.
RIGHTS
The impact teacher has the right:
1. to get acquainted with the conclusions, comments, draft decisions of the management regarding his professional activities;
2. to submit for examination to the administration proposals regarding the improvement of the activity of the educational institution and the improvement of working methods in aspects related to its competence.
LIABILITY
1. For violating the above rules, teachers may be subject to a verbal warning.
2. For regular violations of the above rules, teachers may be subject to financial sanctions.
3. For systematic violation of the rules listed above, teachers may be fired from the impact.
