Role & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary-aged children
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the curriculum
5. Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
6. Maintain a high standard of classroom management
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
2. Experience teaching primary-aged children
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to create a fun, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
5. A passion for education and fostering student growth
6. Experience teaching across multiple year groups
7. A good understanding of the National Curriculum
8. Excellent safeguarding knowledge
