Our client offers a boutique Wealth Management service and provides bespoke financial solutions to High Net Worth individuals and businesses. An opportunity is now available for an IFA Administrator to join a growing and dynamic business. This individual will be assisting two advisers, so they will need to have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Emails - Confirming appointments and liaising with advisers to prepare for the meetings.
2. Client Terms of Business - Ensuring clients have completed our company terms of business.
3. Client Servicing Requests - Amendments to client details, address, income, and contributions.
4. New Business Processing - Processing all new business, including updating back office systems and working on various provider platforms to ensure smooth running.
5. Withdrawal Processing - Processing of all client withdrawals, liaising with clients, advisers, and providers, ensuring the accurate processing of all the requests.
6. Bed & ISAs - Submitting and finalising Bed & ISA across numerous provider platforms.
7. Death Claims - Dealing with all death claims, liaising with advisers, providers, and executors.
8. Liaising with Clients - Direct communication with clients via phone, email, and at times, face to face.
9. Provider Communications - Daily communications with numerous providers via phone, email, and platforms.
10. Smart Search - Processing smart search requests for client records.
11. Adviser Support - Supporting advisers for numerous ad hoc requests and queries.
12. Liaising with Teams - Internal team communications.
Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent organisational skills.
2. Able to communicate effectively.
3. Effective time management.
4. Experience of provider platforms.
5. Take responsibility for managing own workload.
6. Can work independently and as part of a wider team.
