Salary: GBP50,000:GBP63,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to supporting a highly repuatable, leading Architectural Practice in their search for a dedicated Associate Architect to join one of the friendly offices in Manchester. This dynamic practice has a global reach and are specialist within the conservation and heritage sectors. Their award winning projects showcase their talented teams passion for breathing new life into historic buildings, and they currently have several exciting projects in the North West region.
The successful Associate Architect will have substantial experience with a passion for conservation and heritage projects and excellent technical and design skills, including proficiency with Revit and experience at Senior level managing a team.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Associate Architect:
* Extensive post qualification experience in a UK based Architectural practice
* ARB registered
* Proficiency in Revit and BIM
* AABC or RIBA SCA accreditation would be advantageous
* Prior knowledge of project delivery and management
* Strong design and technical skills
* Experience with conservation and heritage projects
* Thorough knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
* Demonstratable experience across all RIBA stages
* Excellent client facing communication skills
* Proactive, enthusiastic and positive attitude
* Must have leadership experience
* Comprehensive commercial awareness and ability to take financial control of the project
* Live locally to Manchester
