Admin/Customer Service
Full Time or Part Time
Allsop Carpets & Flooring are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic person to help in the day to day running of our office/Showroom. You will be responsible for offering the best customer service on the telephone and in person, typing quotations, invoicing using Sage Accounts, answering the telephone, responding to emails and liaising with other members of staff including fitters.
Some administration experience is essential. Sage experience would be advantageous.
If full time, the hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. If part time, you would be required to work some days until 5pm with some flexibility on hours (both ways). A very occasional Saturday may be required.
You will need to be helpful, conscientious, and enthusiastic, as well as demonstrate an interest to learn about all the types of flooring we offer.
