IFA Administrator
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE
Working pattern: Office based with flexibility
Location: Leeds
Key responsibilities
* Provide administrative assistance to IFAs, including preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
* Be the first point of contact for clients ensuring a professional, high quality service is provided
* Manage advisors’ schedules and coordinate client meetings and update and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Submitting pensions and transfers
* Prepare and process financial applications, letters of authority, and investment transfers.
* Track and follow up on pending applications, ensuring timely completion.
* Prepare valuation reports and assist with portfolio reviews.
* Work closely with IFAs, paraplanners, and other administrative staff to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in financial services administration or a similar role.
* Experience using Microsoft, Aviva and IO
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of financial products (e.g., pensions, investments, insurance).
* Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
