The successful Learning Support Assistant will be supporting young children aged 5-11 with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and various other learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Responsibilities:
1. Behaviour monitoring - maintaining the students to preserve a calm learning environment for all in line with the school's guidance.
2. 1:2:1 student support on various subjects on KS1 & KS2 curriculum from literacy, numeracy, and phonics.
3. Comply with the Abingdon-based school's policies and procedures, including data protection, health & safety, and safeguarding.
4. Pastoral care - support to students with tools such as counselling, mentoring, and advice.
Job Details:
Job type - Contract
Pay - £83.33 - £90 per day
Work-life balance working hours - 08:30am - 03:30pm (Monday - Friday - term time)

Contract - 12 months (contract to permanent)
