If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you The role Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using our ticket system. Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including using a standard greeting, correct triage of calls, and explaining next steps when necessary. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and ensure high-standard triaging of calls. Support a variety of technologies including Audio Visual systems, desk and mobile phones, laptops, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and in-house applications. Quickly escalate major incidents to IT management, obtaining detailed information about the incident and its impact. Maintain excellent communication skills and a strong desire to assist others
