We’re looking for problem-solvers, contributors, enthusiasts, creative thinkers who have a heart to support our students, enabling them to learn optimally and to achieve a series of ‘personal bests’ in their learning and personal development.
You’ll need to be optimistic, energetic, resilient and flexible. Your skills and interests - whether it's coaching lacrosse, playing the organ, sailing, playing polo or taking night exercises with the CCF - will enrich and enliven our programme.
After a selection process including a weekend visit to the school, successful candidates can expect:
• Competitive pay
• Accommodation with utilities paid year-round and meals in term-time
• At least 12 weeks paid holiday annually
• PGCE Teacher Training (our current provider is the University of Buckingham)
