SHIFT PATTERN/HOURS
*Days: Mon – Friday 9-5
In order to work from home you will need:
1. Laptop/desktop computer.
2. Internet Access (Broadband)
3. A quiet room with no disturbances, allowing you to adhere to GDPR.
4. You will need to use your own mobile phone to make calls.
JOB ROLE:
You will be making outbound calls to legal professionals, conducting surveys on behalf of our clients. This is NOT a cold calling sales role, this is customer research. You will need to be able to build rapport and work in a professional manner.
5. You will always work from a scripted survey
6. You will need to take accurate notes
7. Full training will be given
8. Managers/Supervisors will always be available for help and advice
9. Quality is monitored remotely
10. You are paid by the hour
SKILLS:
11. You must be polite with excellent communication skills and must love talking and listening
12. Call Centre Experience – desired (but full training will be given)
13. GCSE English Grade A-C or equivalent
