Job Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership for the delivery of an ambitious programme of works supported by Macmillan Cancer Support entitled the Cancer Transformation Project involving significant planning, organisation, and coordination to deliver all aspects of the programme. Hosted by NHS Lothian with the objective of benefit to all of the South East of Scotland Cancer Area Network (SCAN).
2. Oversee the effective management and control of the grant award in close liaison with finance and Macmillan teams with full accountability to NHS Lothian’s senior management and clinical leadership, as well as the Project Oversight Board.
3. Develop and direct an appropriately skilled staff resource and provide support and effective management of the grant to deliver objectives.
