This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Primary Department on our journey of school improvement. Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the curriculum and teaching and learning across the primary department. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with primary staff and the leadership team to ensure cohesive and effective educational practices. About the Academy Nine Maidens academy mainly supports the pupils from the Camborne, Redruth area and the Lizard peninsula. It is based near the village of Four Lanes and surrounded by rolling countryside. Nine Maidens is split into a secondary department and a primary department. Each pupil's programme is individualised and work is set at appropriate levels enabling all pupils to access the curriculum.
