What skills and experience we're looking for
- Allergy Awareness qualification
- HACCP training
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience of working within a catering environment,ideally within a mass catering setting.
-At least 2 years’ experience working as a cook in aschool kitchen.
-Experience of menu planning and costing.
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Experience of keeping Health & Safety records
