Our client is rapidly expanding and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to co-ordinate people and processes to ensure the completion of projects on time and within budgets.
Duties of this role will be:
* Lead, review and manage multi-discipline projects
* Attend on-site surveys
* Organise pre-start meetings to provide detailed information to PMs and Supervisors
* Ensure that the correct materials and labour are scheduled
* Manage and approve payments to employees
* Hold project delivery meetings to highlight any issues
* Produce programmes and progress reports, ensuring all are on track
* Manage staff
Candidates interested in this role should have a strong background in M & E Engineering, as well as management and budgeting skills. You will be able to interact with all levels of personnel, building strong relationships with clients to encourage and secure more work. Candidates will possess an HNC / HND in building services and/or a C & G in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
