Social Worker – Children in Care

Liquid Personnel are looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker for our client in the West Midlands to join the Children in Care team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting children and young people in care, ensuring they have the opportunity to achieve permanency and stability in their lives. This includes working closely with families, carers, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.

Requirements:
* A proven track record in child protection and care planning, with significant experience in managing cases that involve court proceedings.
* Degree/MA in Social Work, Dip SW, CSS or CQSW, or a Social Work England validated equivalent from another country.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* To have successfully completed the Assessed Year of Employment or an equivalent post qualifying pathway.
