Job title: Quality Administrator Location: Lincoln (LN5 & LN6) Contract length: 6 month initial contract - Potential to be a rolling contract/ go Permanent Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday onsite 09.00am - 17.00pm (some flexibility with hours i.e 08.00am - 16.00pm/ 07.00am - 15.00pm) Pay Rate: £17.25 Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator on behalf of a global company in the renewable energy industry. This role is working fully onsite preferably across 2 locations in Lincoln (however, the successful candidate can choose to work at 1 site if this is an issue for them.) The successful Quality Administrator will join the team of 7 in the Main office and 3 in the additional site. The Quality Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Quality Engineers with scanning confidential documents and transferring data reports onto SAP. Responsibilities: Documentation Management: Overseeing the creation, revision, and storage of quality-related documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Audit Support: Assisting in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating audit processes. Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing quality metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and to support decision-making processes. Process Improvement: Collaborating with various teams to implement process changes aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Training Coordination: Organizing and maintaining records of quality-related training sessions for staff to ensure adherence to quality standards. Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring that all quality assurance activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
