This well-established company specialise in dealing with insurance claims for domestic properties. This includes homes that have been damaged from flood, fire, subsidence and impact. They are based within Surrey and work across the South with a variety of insurers and home owners to diagnose and resolve domestic claims. Now due to increasing workload they are looking to bring an additional Surveyor to the team.
In this role you will be based from the Reigate office and cover sites across the South East, down to Devon and Cornwall meaning you will require a full driving licence and vehicle for this role. You will be responsible for surveying the property damages, completing reports for home owners and insurers, assessing and writing schedules of works for repairs with drawings and working with both the insurer and home owner. You will need to have great communication and an understanding of CDM regulations.
This role is suited to a Surveyor with experience in structural/building/insurance surveying who is looking to upskill and develop their career in a small consultancy. There is extensive travel across the South with this role with occasional staying away so this role is only suited to a professional willing to do this.
