An opportunity for someone with a background in benefits and wellbeing to take on a role which offers a good deal of autonomy in managing and administering the firm's benefit and wellbeing programmes, policies and procedures.
The firm in question is one of London's most impressive international law firms, large enough to have achieved a global spread, but with over 600 staff in London, they are still able to offer a 'local feel' and the opportunity for the successful candidate to join a firm where individuals are important and their personal input is valued.
Working closely with the HR Director to drive efficiency and effectiveness and help create innovative, market-leading benefits packages to enhance the Firm’s competitive position, manage and administer the London office benefit programmes, wellbeing programmes, policies and procedures.
